i had a great experience from the beginning with the sales representatives, to making my payments. And Cory, was the greatest. He and his team, left my home cleaner than, when they came. Cory was so great, at looking after each detail. every detail, himself.
I would just warn about the install. My siding is a little messed up from a few bad cuts/mistakes.
One of my window popped up stop ( those are stop window wide open) was assembled wrong way. The small one that next to entry door has one panel came loose( I found out few days after the installation ). I will wait to see how it hold up.
