The locks on the windows are too high. If they were in the middle, that would be sufficient.
The installers were very efficient. However the guy that was supposed to come look at our door, it was raised too high so I had to raise it so I would not hit the frame, was supposed to come and address theses issues. He never showed up.
Excellent installation and professionalism from the installers and that is where it ends! I called the supervisor Brian to thank him for sending a great crew. Never heard back from him! Our Salesman, Kevin Swyers sold us very quickly but his follow up leaves a lot to be desired. I called him 3 times to find out about the rebate and he finally promised me that I would have it by Apr. 15th. It is now April 30th and I still have not received it. There is 0 follow up. No, I would not recommend the organization.The windows were good.
I wish they had been more honest with the types of windows they can install. They were only able to install 7 of the 11 windows they gave me bids for, and it took a month for them to even tell us we weren't going to get the other 4. In the meantime we couldn't get another bid because we were still locked into our contract. My house, in the front, will have two separate types of windows now.
