Stay on top of the schedulers because they only show up when you absolutely back them up in a corner.
I was promised two months for installation, but it took four months. I would not recommend them.
The locks on the windows are too high. If they were in the middle, that would be sufficient.
The installers were very efficient. However the guy that was supposed to come look at our door, it was raised too high so I had to raise it so I would not hit the frame, was supposed to come and address theses issues. He never showed up.
Excellent installation and professionalism from the installers and that is where it ends! I called the supervisor Brian to thank him for sending a great crew. Never heard back from him! Our Salesman, Kevin Swyers sold us very quickly but his follow up leaves a lot to be desired. I called him 3 times to find out about the rebate and he finally promised me that I would have it by Apr. 15th. It is now April 30th and I still have not received it. There is 0 follow up.
