From start to finish the project was stressful and frustrating. I gave Chris the HOA Requirements before we signed the contract... he did NOT read them... then I was charged 1900 out of 3800 plus additional monies to pay for my windows. Chris said the job would take 1 day... then I was told 2 and...

You have a HUGE problem with calls re-routed to your corporate office in the midwest. When I need to talk to the local folks....i.e. salesman, scheduler, installer....i absolutely don't want/need to go through Cincinnati, or where ever your CEO is. 3 installers showed up the first day. 2 guys put the easiest window in then left without saying anything to me. Nathan worked until 9 that night by himself and two other days until late, by himself. He wasn't given any help. He did an excellent job but it took time and was hard on him. The products seem good but management needs to pay more attention to detail and schedules.

I worked with Champion in another state and had an amazing experience. Moved to a different state and had a rather unprofessional and disheartening experience this time around. Promises were not kept. Payment delay that could've been avoided of staff were to notified me. Rescheduling install because...

Don't do it if you expect your windows to be delivered without defects the first time. I placed my order in July '18, they were supposed to be installed in September of '18, but when they showed up. Half of the windows had defects. It took two extra tries for them to get the windows right. Apparently this never happens, but I was the lucky one.

The salesman did not know all the ins and outs of the installation. There were things that Tim did not tell me. He did not explain about the trim around the windows and taking off some of the wood to install the trim. He did not explain that some of my siding would need to come off to put trim on. They also had to take a part of my deck down to install a window.
