We had been shopping around, and had several companies come out to give us estimates. Not only was Champion beating all the other estimates but the quality of the product is incredible. There are a lot of windows in our home, especially in our living room/ dining room which is all open. Where all the windows have been replaced looks so different. I am very satisfied with my windows. They reduced street noise considerably, heat level on the western exposure, are attractive and very easy to clean.
The project I paid thousands of dollars for was substandard in that the final finish on the outside has substantial. Areas that are not caulked, flush or aesthetically sufficient. The size of the glass that was removed was 12” wide and was replaced with various sizes that vary from 5/16th to 6-1/4”. That type of important information was not communicated to me. Wellt been 4 week and now im waiting on replacements for the ones that were installed 5 weeks ago. Not to happy with customer service either.
