Worst service I've ever experienced. Cut a $38k check for windows, the count of windows was wrong and it took over twice the promised time to deliver them.

Would not recommend to friends due to issues with our order being processed timely, misquoting the price, and cost of windows.

Project took over a year to complete and had several issues with the installation. I have a long list of issues.

Would tell all to stay away from this company as they have poor communication, damage your property, and do not honor their contract. This install has cost more money then its worth as i will need to restain my deck, paint my house and took multiple days off for an install that started 8/2022 and just supposedly finished 6/2023. Windows are not well insulated around install area. No one returns call to address my concerns.

I have for years held Champion in high regard because of the quality if their product technology. Once the room was finally installed after 11 months, we are happy. However, the customer service has been dreadful. Had we not wanted particular technology, we would have canceled months ago. The workmanship was excellent. We could not have had a better crew.
