I think the sales person used the add, buy 2 get 2 free, and twisted the dollar numbers around to make you think we were getting a super deal, not true. Because that would mean, in simple math terms, that the 2 charged windows would, in reality, cost us $2400 a window. But the way they break it down to you, you're not getting a good deal at all.

The installer were great. The crew that came and did measurements did them all wrong. I didn't want to wait on my windows, so I let the installers do what they had to do to make it work.
Our experience with your company was terrible. You initially sent inexperienced installer to put windows in. They didn’t even know how to install
