Where do I begin. We were quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery and it took 31 weeks. Both doors arrived damaged (dents and scratches). The installers misaligned the deadbolts and we can’t even lock our two $7,000 doors. I wish I could give less than 1 star here. I’m beyond disappointed and cry just thinking about this horrific experience. I wish I could turn back time and go with pella.

The products itself are great. The installation team was great. The sales team was crazy. I had to follow up with them for almost two and a half months to finally get them to come out and do the job. They kept giving excuses. They gave me a deadline for installation and that came and went by several weeks. I paid a $6,000 deposit and then sat for several months waiting for them to come out. There is still one that needs to be fixed.

Product quality decent but measurements were incorrect and it appears door frame was drilled incorrectly. Installation had to be cobbled because of that and was a bit sloppy. I needed to go back and create additional dressings to make up for the sloppiness in how it was left. I was expecting this to be a turnkey job but it wasn’t. I had a totally unrelated different and much larger job underway at the same time and that was much higher caliber.

Everything went really well when they finally got here. There was a lot of miscommunication and scheduling errors, however. It was kind of a mess due to days off required.

Installation department should not call early in the morning saying your windows will be installed that day then not show up and even worse not call to say they are not showing up. Aluminum framing around windows does not look good, I will be removing and installing wood as was the original installation. Main window delivered was smaller than ordered, installer made it work but this should not have happened. The correct size window would have looked better, it is after all what I paid for.
