They lied about what their initial details were with the installation and customer service.
Order was not complete, slider screen was missing.
They had such a hard time getting back to me and finishing the job. I didn't like the first five months. As far as them doing the job and doing the windows, that was okay.
The guy Cody came. He gave me nothing but excuses as to why I could not have what I wanted. He told me that the only thing they could do was a flat roof, but I had multiple people telling me I could have gotten the Gable roof and do not understand why I wasn't able to.
