They came through with everything that they had presented, and all of the quality was just as good as Brandi had talked about. She showed me the product before hand. I was happy with that. She gave me the time from when the project began to when they were installed and she was spot on. It was exactly right, that was good to know. Do go out and look at other window manufacturers. You will go back to Champion and be highly surprised at the professionalism, the knowledge, the quality, and the variety of windows and doors that Champion offers. Their crew went as far as to special-order old fashion side windows, to replace my ugly yellow bubbly glass. I wanted those replaced, and they ordered them right away, put them in, and did a beautiful job. They had to do custom sliders, so they had to do some work on that, but they did a really good job. I was impressed with the workmanship and how knowledgeable they were. They were very good at explaining the procedure and what they were doing. They communicated very well me to let me know when they were coming. Sometimes I would receive notice a week ahead of time. I am very impressed with it all.

The way they handled a recent warranty issue to our complete satisfaction says a lot to me. Good bunch of people, working hard to keep their customers happy.
