Get directionsI had a good experience working with Champion Windows of Seattle & Olympia and I know that if I have any problems that I don't need to be worried at all about whether or not I will be professionally taken care of.
Champion installed 7 new windows in our daylight basement. Our house is 103 years old so it probably was a challenging task but the windows look great and work very well. I feel safer because of the locking mechanisms, the insulated glass and sturdy frames. The installation crew was very efficient and finished the entire job in one day.

Except for Rod Lacheney. I have spoken to two regional mgrs; Michael Smith and Al Norton. I asked for compensation (a credit), since the problems were mishaps with ordering and workmanship. It took over two years to get my windows installed and too many hours to count of phone calls just to attempt to figure out what I got myself into that I could not get out of without paying almost as much. All the while I was paying interest on what they did not disclose until after it was too late to back out.
