We have been very happy from start to finish with our windows, siding, and the way they left our home. It was clean and neat. They were courteous and welcomed me to ask questions about anything. They were also professional, nice, approachable, and not stand-offish or rude.
I highly recommend Champion Windows as your window company! I was provided excellent service without having to pay a fortune. In just a few short weeks I plan to have seven more new windows installed by Champion and I can't wait - Now, what are you waiting for? Its your season for a brand new look!
My experience with Champion Windows of South Bend was beyond everything I had expected. It has totally made a change in our lives as far as the appearance of our home.
Henry Brandt was an exceptional salesperson. Thomas and Tom were my installation crew, a father and son team. I have never had the pleasure of working with two men who got on the job at such an early time (normally 7:30), or who left the job site as clean as they did. You couldn't tell they were here when they left; they kept everything covered with tarps and worked in a safe and orderly fashion the whole time. The doors are beautifully done. They're nice, firm, strong doors that I think will last for many years to come. Both the front door and back door, though the style is completely different, are top doors. I think the quality is really good and substantial.
The people at Champion made me feel very comfortable. John knew what the heck he was talking about, he knew his product very well and I just felt good about buying it from him. And then the crew that they hired to install them were incredible.
All of the installers used by Champion Windows did a great job. Honestly, they were all fantastic. Everyone was consistently very well mannered throughout our project.
