The sales person appeared to be doing a good job while he was here. However, he did not give different choices on what windows could’ve been placed in larger openings and charged us for a more expensive window that we did not ask for in one of the openings as well as putting 3 separate windows in where it could’ve been one larger window. Our garage windows were supposed to be double hung and they are a solid window that doesn’t open. I also wanted full screens for all the double hung windows and they are half screens. I'm truly disappointed in how easy the windows come completely out of the frame, as in the horseshoe shaped piece of hardware comes off of the window. I also find it upsetting that Champion Windows went on sale less then six months after our purchase and no one reached out to us concerning any type of adjustment in price.
