Had to come twice because first Patio measurements was wrong. They also did not bring a screen for patio poor, there is a chip in the window and also wished they would of used black caulk on the outside they used clear which didnt dry up clear and looks pretty bad
Extremely unhappy with professionalism of salesperson and deceit.
They measured a window in my house wrong and I had to wait another 6 weeks to get a new window. The only thing they said to me was I'm sorry.

The biggest problem I had was with the manager. He was cocky and arrogant and does not know how to talk to customers. Once my windows were installed he ask for additional money. I gave him my credit card over the phone to make the payment. I thought he took the full payment out then, but he did not. He did not explain everything to me. I don't think he should be in management.
The door was installed backward and makes my room unusable for now.There was not any flashing or caulking installed and there was a huge gap between the bottom of the door and my back steps of a half an inch. The area was corrected but almost 8 weeks later I have not heard anything about when my new door will be installed.This is unacceptable.I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and would highly recommend anyone from using your company if this is how things are going to stand.
I know they are in business to make money but they are overpriced. My neighbor down the street got the same thing done for $3800.
