The windows they took out were replaced with two-pane windows. I had four-pane windows.
The sales person appeared to be doing a good job while he was here. However, he did not give different choices on what windows could’ve been placed in larger openings and charged us for a more expensive window that we did not ask for in one of the openings as well as putting 3 separate windows in where it could’ve been one larger window. Our garage windows were supposed to be double hung and they are a solid window that doesn’t open. I also wanted full screens for all the double hung windows and they are half screens.
