I'm truly disappointed in how easy the windows come completely out of the frame, as in the horseshoe shaped piece of hardware comes off of the window. I also find it upsetting that Champion Windows went on sale less then six months after our purchase and no one reached out to us concerning any type of adjustment in price.
They didn't show up on time, and they never called! One of the office staff cursed at me over the phone! I would never recommend Champion Windows of South Bend to anyone!
Customer service is terrible. Champion wants the money quickly. But getting the job done when they said it would be, not so much. They kept telling me to be patient.they quoted 3 to 4 months, it took 6.
Still waiting on my screens. Tried calling. Was told that window doesn’t come with screens so now I have a window I have to buy my own screens for. Should have never have called champion.
It was a very lengthy process that took longer than expected. They started in spring and didn't complete the project until December!
I was very very disappointed. I ordered the windows on May 1 - they came in the middle of August. Unfortunately, the doors didn't fit. So they sent them back and they said they would put me first to get replacements. I called them every week on November 1. I finally got the replacements installed on December 15. I didn't get any preference. They didn't do what they said they would do.
