Communication from the install team. Also sold us a color that was discontinued so we had to choose a new color after the date that we could cancel the purchase. I probably would have looked else were for the color we wanted.

Frank and James did a wonderful job assembling our all season room! Can’t say enough good things!! I would like to let you know that one of the windows has ( it looks like something on the inside of the glass) … both my husband and I couldn’t get it off and looking closer, we could see it was on the inside of the double pane fixed window by the slider door… Linda Schubert
