The process from beginning to end was smooth. I was kept informed throughout the project and the final result is a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing screen room, designed to my liking.
Price and quality of windows are good. Installers were good, but they were Contractors not Champion employees. At the end of the install day (Friday) crew chief asked us to sign Work Completed form while there were two windows that still needed wrapping on the outside. We were not comfortable doing that. We agreed to have installer return on Saturday but it rained. So we agreed to have him return on Sunday which he did and completed job.
Windows are nice, installer’s did a great job
