The installation was done extremely well. There was only one guy here and he got it done in amazingly short period of time. He didn't tare up anything or mess anything up. He just got the job done.
From the initial sales call through completion of the installation, the Champion crew was highly professional and attuned to our needs. The two installers finished the 28 window job in two days and left us with a great looking, clean job site. The salesperson was well prepared and knowledgeable about vinyl purity and construction.
Things started out good initially, then we were lied to several times by different people and given the run around. However, we finally got in touch with some awesome people at Champion, Ben, Scott, TJ & Frank, and they got the job done, they did a great job, and they rectified the situation. I'd say if Champion keeps this up, I would recommend them, but they definitely need to do some internal changes to staff and how they treat customers. Communication is key, and there is no reason to mislead people.
The installers were very professional, on time, and efficient. They are a good quality window.
