Process was pretty upfront, the only thing I didn't like was that I was told 4-6 weeks for my windows to be built and after 6 weeks I did hear from anyone. I had to call to confirm completion. Also the appointment that was scheduled was not reported to the installers resulting in a no call no show, but I called the office and they fixed it. Fortunately I was able to be home that day later for the arrival of the install team and got the work completed the same day as scheduled just not at the original time frame set.

Champion Windows were far above the other companies we met with. We did have a hiccup with John not wanting to come in and install the windows, however, we did get that resolved after threatening to take our business elsewhere. Steve and Daryl came out to put in my windows and they did a wonderful job.

I was so pleased with everything they did. There was an issue and they dealt with it. They were phenomenal. Everyone that I spoke with or met were terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I told them if they wanted to send people here to look at their work product, they are more then welcome too.
