Champion was quick to respond and schedule a sales call. We provided a $40,000.00 down payment and waited six months for project to start. Promise was project would take 8-12 weeks to complete. I had to consistently call to get updates. Once project started progress was slow.

This is the only review of Champion Windows & Home Exteriors you should ever need. On September 25 Champion removed our upstairs window and replaced it with what you see below. It took them 18 days to reorder the window once they knew it didn’t fit. I received a call on December 4 telling me the order was never submitted to be built and will take an additional, minimum 4 weeks. I would likely not recommend. We have had issues from the moment the sales person stepped into our home. He “sold” us on a door that you don’t even offer. Our project manager was equally unimpressive when his contractors installed the wrong door, broke a tile and we were told both salesman and manager quit. All in all the people you have representing your company are doing a bad job.
