This has been an awful experience. If I were to run into anyone that wants to use them I would tell them not too. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, but I am past my breaking point. No one responds to me.
My windows are still not completed and I signed a contract for thirty thousand dollars. The salesperson gave me some information after I signed the contract and wanted even more money. It was either I play their game or sue them. After I let them know that they backed off. I gave them the money but I got ripped off because it has been three months and I still have no windows.
