Definitely not ! It’s been over 2 months since I ordered my windows and I’m still waiting! This is worst experience I’ve ever had with a company by far. Their salesman lied and now I can’t get any one on the company to tell me when my windows will be installed. This is ridiculous and poor customer service at highest level. Also charging me an extra $2,000 just to add on the 2 small bedroom windows which were supposed to be included in the total in the first place. It took a total of 11 weeks from down payment to completely finished job. We were told 3 weeks. We work with the public and I would not recommend Champion. Please review my area of improvement comments.

They are not reliable in communication. They didn't know where the windows and doors were. There is lack of follow through.

They are not exactly what I expected, and my door installation has been a nightmare. It still continues to be a nightmare. I have had to travel back and forth, and it has been very costly for me. I had to make several appointments with them to get my installation done.

I'm still waiting for them to finish the work, the sun room has been installed, and the concrete work hasn't been done yet.
