We had a reservation about 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing. Restaurant was not crowded. Orders were taken soon after we arrived but waited about 40 minutes for the meal. The bread served before the meal was delayed about 30 minutes due to 1st order was burned in oven. This was probably why the room was very smoky.
