We love Charbonos! I had the calamari for appetizer, prime rib and creamy brussel sprouts with salad. Number one, they make a better house salad than any other restaurant other than their associated restaurants (Boulder Creek, Stone Creek). The creamy brussel sprouts were super yummy, and the prime rib was flavorful and delicious. And the calamari is so fresh and tender-some of the best I’ve ever had!
