We went on a very busy night. Our waitress was so busy that we felt like she didn't have time for us, although she was very nice, you could tell she was overwhelmed. Glasses were empty for awhile before being refilled, foods were forgotten, she was apologetic and sincere, and we will be back, we love Charbonos, but it wasn't our best experience.
