I'd give Charbono's a solid "meh". It's sister restaurants Stone Creek and Boulder creek have far better ambiance, menu, and food preparation. Being frequent customers of Stone Creek, we decided to give Charbono's a try. While not bad, it was a comparative disappointment.
Took my wife for Valentines Day. Lighting was perfect, service was spectacular and the food was amazing. The perfect date night.
We were there for Valentines day. Good food and service, but was disappointed by the random way they presented roses to some ladies and not others, and seated some of us at tables with cloth tablecloths and others without/
Unbelievably busy restaurant but attentive. The food was good. The tilapia special was a little too hot to suit me. It wasn't on the menu so I didn't understand from the description by the waiter it was going to be spicy. Couldn't eat it. However, the salad and bread were delicious with the oil dip. My daughter's lobster pasta was outstanding. (Wish I'd ordered that! ) I definitely would go back.
