We wanted to treat our special friends to a special meal together and chose Charbonos upon our past experiences. Charbonos is in a convenient location. We always appreciate the lovely ambiance. The service is always great! The food is always divine! Our previous experiences and current expectations were not disappointed during this visit. We all enjoyed every aspect of this visit.

Our meal at Carbonos during Devour Indy was wonderful! The prefix menu was excellent. My friends both chose the Salmon, but I love a great steak when I'm out, and my filet mignon was cooked to perfection - medium rare. So many times, even when I order it medium rare, it is either almost raw or medium with very little pink in the middle. Mine was perfect at Charbonos! My compliments to the chef! Consistenly good Cunningham restaurant. Great service, reservation saved us an hour wait. Devour Downtown!!
