I like the quality of the food served at charbonos. The filet was cooked as ordered and very tender and tasty. The chief's vegetables were cooked fresh and not frozen heated up. I appreciate cooked fresh vegetables. I could make them the whole meal. I usually like to sit in the bar area because it is less noisy. But it was a busy Friday night, the bar area was full, and we were seated at a booth by the waterfall. It was an enjoyable date night meal after a movie for us.

Arrived at the restaurant in time for the lunch menu and the 2 for 10 menu was fantastic- wedge salad and tuna salad sandwich were excellent
the service was excellent. Leslie was very attentive to our needs as far as pace of meal, refills on the drinks and checking out. The rest of the staff came by to say hello when they had the chance. Charbonos is a professionally run restaurant. The food was served hot and quickly.
