Avon is lacking in more upscale restaurants - thankfully we have Charbono's, which is a part of the Cunningham chain. We are absolutely in love with Union 50 - their food is amazing, creative, flavorful, local. Charbono's usually delivers equally as delicious food, ambiance, service. My wife and I stopped by here on a saturday around 6:30. We were seated immediately. The bread and dip they brought out was amazing, try not to fill up on it though. We had fried ravioli for an appetizer, which was excellent. I ordered the meat lovers pizza, my wife had a veggie calzone, and our daughter had a cheese pizza. Good quality food and excellent service can always be counted on here.
Charbono's is a regular on our eating out schedule and, as usual, we were not disappointed with our latest dinner there. The menu is nicely balanced. There is a choice of various steaks, ample fish and seafood selections, specials and other items like pasta, sandwiches or salads. Service was attentive but not overly so. We'll be back again and again. We love the Cunningham Group!
whenever our lunch group of 8 wants a "nice" lunch in Avon we always land at Charbonos. Delicious interesting salads, unique sandwiches and daily specials. Turkey wrap particularly good. Rotisserie ham turkey a nice change. Burgers delicious
7 of us for an "old friend get together." Seated promptly. Food and service were outstanding. Will be back.
