Always a Pleasure This restaurant is a great locally owned establishment. They have consistently good food as well as great service. I had the Prime Rib medium rare, and it did not disappoint. A very good flavorful cut was served. They have great seafood and pasta choices as well so everyone in your party can get what they want.
Arrived at the restaurant in time for the lunch menu and the 2 for 10 menu was fantastic- wedge salad and tuna salad sandwich were excellent
Not worth the price A group of 8 adult friends dined here together for the first time. The service was pretty good, but the food was less than stellar. The bread served was very tasty and warm. My husbands steak was ordered medium and came out well. The remade the steak and it came out rare with a cold center. The manager brought it out but didn't wait to see how the steak was cooked. Close to home favorite We love Charbonon's and always have. The food is wonderful and so is the waitstaff. They have a good selection of wines. The menu changes regularly but everything I've tried has been amazing. It is very close to us so we visit often.
Good food and service I guess because this was New Year's Eve, it was super busy and even though we had made reservations about three weeks prior, we were put into the bar at a hightop table for four people. Filet was overdone but still tender, garlic mashed potatoes were bland, vegetable fettuccine was all undercooked. Our waitress did best she could, but was spread too thin. We have had much better food and service here previously.
the service was excellent. Leslie was very attentive to our needs as far as pace of meal, refills on the drinks and checking out. The rest of the staff came by to say hello when they had the chance. Charbonos is a professionally run restaurant. The food was served hot and quickly.
A nice treat for a Christmas-Eve dinner. Not too many good restaurants open for Christmas Eve, so always a treat to dine at Charbonos, with family and friends. Great food, wonderful service, all close to home!
Dining at Charbono's It was my wife and my 38th anniversary and we wanted to have a quite night out for some dinner. We had passed by Charbono's In Avon many times while shopping, but never stopped in to eat. We thought that it might be a good place to try (parking lot seemed to always be full or nearly full) and gave Charbono's a shot. We were delighted. Cloth napkins! Love charbonos and its a great deal at lunch. Real glassware and cloth napkins with fabulous food. Service was slow today but this is unusual. Highly recommend!
