I have been to Charbonos many I have been to Charbonos many times. We evn had our rehearsal Dinner there for our wedding. I met my wife there for the first time. I have always loved there food, however this time my wife had prime rib, and it was not that great. I had crab cakes and they were delicious. We had shrimp cocktail that was very good, the salad was outstanding. Everything was good except for the prime rib, i would not reccommend this dish to anyone until improvements are made.
We heard they had a new executive We heard they had a new executive chef, so we thought we'd try it. It was a very good meal and the prime rib and steak were excellent. The brownie dessert was definitely enough for two, so thanks to our server to suggesting only one! The GM and the Chef both stopped by to check on us and how we enjoyed our meal. That was thoughtful. Great date night The shredded pork with mushroom sauce, japalino mashed potatoes, asparagus w/ bacon was delicious. Cleaned my plate. The ambiance was also great for a date.
Upon entering the establishment, Upon entering the establishment, our reservation was ready and did not have to wait more than 15 minutes for our table. We had originally stated we wanted the bar and was going to be placed in the dining area with children. After a few changes, the staff were able to place us where we requested. The area was noisy, but that is to be expected in the area we selected.
Imagine that Charbonos can Imagine that Charbonos can take the most ordinary sandwich, chicken or a BLT and elevate it to a delicious one! That's what they do!
Excellent appetizers and entrees... Excellent appetizers and entrees...wine list good too and the specialty martini's were excellent. Everyone in our 4 person party loved their food selections.
