We love Charbonos! It is our We love Charbonos! It is our favorite local spot to take out-of-town guests and to celebrate special occasions. The kitchen is willing to make accommodations to their dishes. This is especially important to a picky eater like me.
Give your review a title (optional) My fiancé and I love Charbono's. We have been there twice now in a month and plan on making this "our special place" to go out and eat. He has said both times "we are not bringing the kids here, this is our place...just for us". We look forward to going again very soon. The food is wonderful and we love cocktail selection.
An off night A rare off night for Charbonos. Delicious shrimp and scallops but side dishes were cold. Restaurant not terribly crowded yet our very sweet waitress took a long time just to bring water and return for the order. Strangely it seems when they are busy everything flows better. We are regulars and know next time it will be fine.
Charbono's is The Bomb! I dine here often and can't say enough about the food and the caring people who work here. My dad used to take my mother and me to Charbono's almost every Friday. He had an "episode" a few years ago and later passed away. Charbono's sent a beautiful plant and wonderful food trays to the funeral home. Of all the Cunningham Group Of all the Cunningham Group restaurants around the Indianapolis area, Charbonos is my favorite. The dinner specials never miss the mark and I've not had a menu item that I didn't like. The wine selection is great and the bar area is always lively and fun.
The filet was excellent and The filet was excellent and the mashed potatoes were very good. A terrific menu with several good selections.
It has a nice look and the It has a nice look and the service was efficient and attentive. However, the steak my wife ordered was a bit tough even though it wasn't overcooked. I had the special pesto salmon and thought it was quite good with the parmesan risotto. They still have the same great bread and dipping oil that most of the Cunningham restaurants are known for.

Celebrated Mother's Day a Celebrated Mother's Day a little early, and had a delightful meal with fabulous service and spectacular food- and our medium sized group was not a problem. Highly recommend.
