Great Everything! We're from out of state,but this is our 2nd time back. 1st time our friend from in town took us. This time the hotel recommended it. Great food,service,atmosphere,menu.
The joint was overwhelmed The joint was overwhelmed with V-day couples. We had a reservation and got seated about 10 minutes late. Service was good. Food was good. Seems like maybe they overbooked the place because there were a lot of upset people not getting seated.
Best 30th bday surprise party ever We love charbonos, it's our favorite restaurant in Avon. The surprise party was great, seating, food, service was impeccable as always
We had a wonderful experience We had a wonderful experience at Charbonos. We wanted a private dinner with several out of town family members, so they put us in the back room were we could walk around and talk and not bother the other people in the restaurant. We took our time and had a wonderful dinner and great service. Thanks so much.
The ahi from the starters The ahi from the starters menu was to die for. The chicken parm was excellent, and the waiter didn't bat an eye when I asked for the seafood linguini with grilled chicken instead of seafood, but kindly said that would be no problem. The red pepper cream sauce on this dish was so delicious I can't wait to go back and try it again. We had a group of 6 and closed the place down, but none of us felt as though the staff were trying to rush us off. Recommend this place for a great evening out.
The food as always was amazing. The food as always was amazing. Our server was fantastic. She had a large group that was seated just prior to our four party and she gave us a heads up to order soon so our food wouldn't be delayed. That was great.

Breaking the strip mall stereotype Cashew shrimp entree was delicious. Seriously. Grilled shrimp with risotto quality sticky rice. Restaurant is located in a strip mall on a relentless suburban developed road, but the waitstaff and food were worth the drive. They pour Upland IPA also.
