Fabulous service and delicious food! Love the chicken scampi, please put that on your regular menu!
Good quality food. Great portion size. Good service. Overall great experience.
This was our first trip to Charbonos as it was my wife’s birthday. The food was good but not good enough to hurry back. Our server seemed a bit nervous and missed on a few points. We had to ask for drink refills and he never brought the to go box my wife requested. Further he never asked if we wanted dessert which we would have purchased. We will probably return again to try some other dishes.

Carbones has always been our go to place for work functions. We had one person late and showed up after we had ordered. Her food came out with ours. Perfect!

Great experience! We made a reservation online and showed up 15 minutes. The hostes was very polite and was able to seat (which we told her we did not expect and were totally fine to wait) Our server, Emme, was friendly, had great timing, and never made us feel rushed but always showed up to fill drinks and check on us at just the right times.

The food and service were absolutely amazing! We ordered calamari as a starter, and ribeye steak. The waiter was very attentive, and the food came at all the right times. The steak was extremely tender and seasoned perfectly, and the herb butter was to die for. My only negative comment is that the lemon blueberry cake should be renamed vanilla blueberry cake because there was absolutely no lemon flavor, and it was not very good. We are already talking about returning, but we will skip the cake!
