Good food and decent service but the food took forever to come out
My food was great, wife’s was ok- just not her favorite. The service was good but the wait for the food seemed a little longer than it should. Overall good lunch experience.
It was a night out for our anniversary. We have been to Charbonos many times and as usual we were not disappointed in any way.
I have always appreciated the accomodation of the kitchen when it comes to asking for something slightly different than what is on the menu. I have never had a bad experience with wait staff in all my years eating there.

We had such a great time. Everybody was nice and professional being busy. Our waitress was awesome she deserves a raise (Autumn. #40080). The food was excellent too. We will be back! Thank you!
