Risotto left something to be desired. Not cooked quite enough and was still hard. Not Creamy as it should be. Steak was tough and for a rib eye was laxking.

We are huge fans of Charbonos and visit there frequently but our meal on Saturday night was disappointing. My filet medallions were over cooked, the sauce was just ok. I had asked to substitute a baked potato for the Parmesan risotto but still got the risotto. Our waiter appeared infrequently to refill water but he seemed too busy to be bothered. Everyone was friendly, food was amazing, quick service. We went with our newborn and she got upset at one point throughout dinner and everyone was so nice

Charbonos isn't the same as it used to be. The restaurant was fairly empty on a Thursday night. My wife ordered the house Pinot Grigio and when asked for a second glass was brought a sweet sparkling moscato. The server took it back and then told us the bartender said they ran out of Pinot Grigio. Maybe next time tell the server and give the customer a chance to switch. The experience was great, our waitress had been there 24 years and was very friendly, very attentive and we really enjoyed her. I will definitely return.
