We arrived early and the hostess team graciously seated us right away. Very accommodating staff and the floor manager was kind enough to talk with us for a short while as well. Always a great dining experience here.
Charbonos is one of our favorite places to eat. The variety of food choice as well as the quality is always good. Service was outstanding as well.
The food was tasty, however, the waitstaff seemed stretched, so service was harried. On this occasion, we had to do a fair amount of waving to catch anyone's attention. We hope help is on the way for the staff.
