Charles was able to pre qualify me very quickly and offer me the lowest rate I had been quoted at by several lenders. Throughout the loan process, he and his team were always updating me on the progress of my loan and any documents I needed to fill out or review. Whenever I had a question about something I wasn't sure if I understood correctly, Charles was always able to help explain anything that I needed to know and was very pleasant to work with.
