Charles is an expert, I switched from another lender to Charles and only had two weeks to close. Charles work dry hard to get us to close on time and hit head every deadline in just two weeks. He took his time to talk me through and educate me about the process. He had great customer service.

When my realtor first suggested we use Charles to facilitate our mortgage, she told us "If you go with him, you *will* close on time." Sure enough, we did! Even though we moved the closing date up a few days from what it was originally set to be (your mileage may vary, of course). He was incredibly patient and kind, and even called us late into the evening a couple of times just so we wouldn't go to bed wondering what the status of our loan was. Charles was beyond amazing. I used him for a VA loan. His rates were below anyone else’s. He always returned my calls as soon as he could or my emails. He was quick to answer questions and was so helpful. From getting the pre-approval to the closing on my house he walked me thru everything. I highly highly recommend Charles.
