Terrible experience. Once the sale was made, little to no communication. Missing my closing documents months after purchase and was asked to leave rudely when I came in to pick up my plates due to their holiday party.

There service department is horrible. It has been over a month that I have been waiting for a 2 dollar piece of plastic that was ordered under warranty and I have not head anything. When I reach out I'm told my service advisor will get in touch with me shortly. Doesn't happen. I end calling back after a few days to get told the same thing. I am done with Charlie Clark I will be going to casa nissan from now on.

Nothing Took my car for service and a Axel recall and a couple off issues BAD SERVICE first they told me my issues had guarantee and now they’re telling me not why they do that Deceiving people what a personnel they have they kept my car since Friday morning 8am and I need it for my job I already lost days on my job Saturday Monday Tuesday now the person that call me he told me to pick up my car today tue 19 2015 but he didn’t told me what time now I’m texting him and calling his fk number and no answe call the dealer and th... read more

I felt very unwanted and not good enough. Like my service was not wanted or welcomed. My Representative made me feel like I couldn't afford anything and she couldn't help is. We were a waste of her time. This is why I dont waste my time with car dealerships. Oh well probably wasting my time even complaining.

The worst service I have ever received not my first time buying from you all which is why I went back and referred so many people but this time I got played and screwed over ugly worst experience ever never going back and no longer referring anyone they are committing fraud with people and taking advantage of them never again.
