I felt very unwanted and not good enough. Like my service was not wanted or welcomed. My Representative made me feel like I couldn't afford anything and she couldn't help is. We were a waste of her time. This is why I dont waste my time with car dealerships. Oh well probably wasting my time even complaining.
The worst service I have ever received not my first time buying from you all which is why I went back and referred so many people but this time I got played and screwed over ugly worst experience ever never going back and no longer referring anyone they are committing fraud with people and taking advantage of them never again.
El departamento de finanzas nunca contesta el teléfono pareciera que nos deben algo. El servicio al cliente de Charlie Clark Nissan en el Dessert blv es de lo peor!!! Eso si cuando vas a comprar si son súper amables pero se desaparecen con el tiempo, para cuando los necesites con alguna duda ninguno te quiere ayudar. De plano piénsenla dos veces antes de comprar en este lugar!
Bought a Frontier July 13, 2024. First issue I had was every manager in the place stated I had to have CASH for the down payment, that they could not accept a cashiers check from the bank. So I withdrew $19,000 from my bank and brought it to the dealership only to be told by the finance manager, they would have accepted a check. Fast forward to now, 2 months after the purchase. Have had my car for 8 months still can’t get my plates nobody can give me any answers.

Quoted us a high number to buy our car and then we get there to sell it to them and the service manager tells my husband nvm we can’t offer you the number after all. (we have texts)We drove from Alamogordo to El Paso for nothing. Will not recommend this dealership to any of our military friends. Why reach out to us to try and buy our car then?
