Bought a Frontier July 13, 2024. First issue I had was every manager in the place stated I had to have CASH for the down payment, that they could not accept a cashiers check from the bank. So I withdrew $19,000 from my bank and brought it to the dealership only to be told by the finance manager, they would have accepted a check. Fast forward to now, 2 months after the purchase. Have had my car for 8 months still can’t get my plates nobody can give me any answers.

Quoted us a high number to buy our car and then we get there to sell it to them and the service manager tells my husband nvm we can’t offer you the number after all. (we have texts)We drove from Alamogordo to El Paso for nothing. Will not recommend this dealership to any of our military friends. Why reach out to us to try and buy our car then?
Bait and switch tactics. Dropped off my vehicle for oil change. They offered a list of services which I declined except for transmission service as they listed it at $86. When I picked up the car I was told I owed over $300! When I asked about I was told that their "tablet" system doesn't accurately reflect the price because of parts. This is a BS excuse. CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE OVER THE PHONE IN EL PASO TEXAS, GET TRANSFERED TO SPEAK TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT OR ALSO MANAGER AT THIS POINT BUT NEVER PICK UP...TRYING TO GET THE GAP FOR MY TOTALLED VEHICLE BUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE PHONE. Don’t recommend. They sell you lemon cars and than don’t help
Charlie Clark states they are straightforward and want to make the car buying process easy. But I wish they would listen to their customers and not perform shady tactics while applying for a loan. We specifically asked them not to run our credit with anyone but our bank they said OK and of course they did not listen. They ran credit with Nissan and our bank. We repeated and stated this several times to them. What a disappointment from Charlie Clark. They did not have our permission to run our credit with Nissan.

I was advised they were going to call me to let me know if I was approved they could of just been straight forward and said I wasn’t. I never got a call at least a courtesy call to say no would’ve been appreciated. I was there all Saturday left around 10:30pm for nothing. Ojala la nana les de pow pow por mentirosos
