On this occasion the service team at Charlie Clark did not deliver a good service. This has been the worst experience i have had at a dealership. I took our car for an oil change. I left it there at 8:30am when we made the appointment. I left it there and i told them i would pick it up later. They called me at 11:08 am saying that the car was ready. take to long for an oil change. they give you excuses. I went in 11/14 a better experience this time. Lorenzo was nice explained everything even offered to take to the outlet mall awhile my car was being serviced. Andrew the power had excellent customer service. these are the ones you need on your team not the arrogant ones that think they no it all and have no customer service. Thank you Lorenzo and Andrew for finally making this a great experience since 2019!

I feel so let down by this dealership..we purchased our brand new vehicle last year and we were super excited! But it's been in the service department more than with us. We have left in for weeks and they never call us to follow up we are the ones to always have to call to see how it's coming along. But when we always go pick it up the answer is everything looks good. Unprofessional sales staff & including some sales floor supervisors, short story I was pre-approved for a particular make/model vehicle just had to sign with finance but it got too late that evening was told to go back next day, so next day staff didn’t answer my calls back come to find out that my vehicle had been sold by the sales staff after it had already been sold to me. Was under the impression that maintenance service was included but NO it is not so other than oil & filter change you have to pay for ALL scheduled maintenance and services.

Went yesterday 15 mins early since I just got off of work (apt was at 4:30) & I was in the express line for service and no one attended to me, there were cars in front of me that were just parked, no one in them. All workers were just walking by. Then Steven Talamantes was the service assistant and was the worst. I mentioned to him my car was showing “tire maintenance” on the screen hoping to have further information what that means since I know nothing of cars. He just says “well tire maintenance…” no help. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been at there dealership for about 3 hours and still no car or any kind of deal.. salesman already started working with someone else while we were waiting. I am very disappointed in my visit.
