Exceptional Nothing. Surpassed all expectations! We have stayed at many beach motels, so we thought we knew what to expect. WOW were we wrong! The staff at check in were so friendly, and the lobby area is so cute! Absolutely no problem with parking. Our room - spotless, bright, "beachy" and the bed and linens were wonderful! We loved the complimentary coffee and bagels in the morning! What a treat! Highly recommended! We will be back.

Going to Seaside check out the Charlroy There was nothing to not like!!! We have stayed at the Charlroy many times over the years and enjoy it every time. It's a great shore hotel with a great location to the beach and the boardwalk. The owner is very nice and we've had no issues with this motel. We'll definitely come back here every time we plan an trip to Seaside Park. This has been and will be our go-to motel for trips to Seaside.

Will be back!!!!! The pool is very small and crowded. That doesn’t bother me... I am there to go the beach, which couldn’t be any closer!!!! For a Seaside Heights/Park Motel, it was perfect for a beach stay! It was CLEAN, and neat. The staff was very accommodating and sweet.

We will be returning to the Charlroy! I really enjoy staying at the Charlroy. The only thing I didn't really like was the time of year. I prefer to go after Labor Day. That's nothing to do with the hotel! The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional We were not sure what to expect. We had stayed at other hotels in Seaside, so we weren't expecting much. WOW! Were we surprised! From the incredible friendly service at check in, to our SPOTLESS, comfortable, adorable room, to the bagels and coffee for breakfast, to the wonderful housekeeping, our stay was PERFECT! This will be our go-to motel in the area from now on! Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacation!

Comfortable room and accommodating staff tops the list at this Seaside dream. Beach pass deposit. I get it but could be more affordable. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Good TINY ROOM NO LOBBY NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM 101 COLD "NOT HEATED" POOL GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ACROSS THE BEACH GREAT FRIENDLY MORNING STAFF...

Thank you for your compliment on the staff. I will pass that along. The economical queen room you chose does not come with a microwave. There is microwave in the vending area for guest usage. If you wanted a larger room with a microwave, we do offer much larger rooms with two queen beds, a microwave and refrigerator. The lobby has a reception area, multiple seating areas and a free breakfast bar with fresh bagels and all day coffee. The pool is heated to industry standards.
