I was really impressed with the cleanliness. The location is perfect! Across the street from the beach and the boards! I didn’t move my car all week!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I am definitely staying the again!! Thank you Francesca and Irma:)

Exceptional I didn’t like the room lighting, I felt like it was too opaque, but that was the only problem. I was there from August 2, 18 to August 4, 2018. Great place! I loved the location, infront of the beach and very close to all bars and restaurants. I loved the staff as well. Really nice and friendly people with great manners.
Good needs repair. second time staying and this room though clean really was in bad repair. outlet wall plates hanging loose from the wall, bathroom shower walls were loose and ripping away from the walls. toilet and toilet seat both needed to be replaced, very old and worn. rooms were clean

I'm sorry to hear that and we are surprised to hear you feel that way. We have recently in the past couple of years remodeled all the bathrooms so everything is fairly newly. We will make sure to keep an eye on the outlets more closely as sometimes the screws become loose between stays, we apologize you had an unpleasant stay and will make sure we are better for future stays.
Pleasant The air conditioner in the room worked but was making some loud buzzing sound so it was hard to sleep with it on. The pool was supposedly heated but it was cold. The floor of the room we stayed in was very dirty, we had to wear shoes the whole time in the room. Location was great! Fresh bagels and coffee were delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful

The pool is heated to 80 degrees, we have housekeepers to clean your room daily if you allow them to, including floors, and we have replacement air conditioners that we can change out if there is ever any problem with yours.
