Great location with basic accommodations across from beach in Seaside Park. Not a stylish hotel, could use updating but it served our purpose well for an affordable stay with a great location. Across street from beach at Seaside Park. Beach badges available but unsure whether these are also valid for Seaside Heights beaches, just a few blocks north. Exceptional Smoking allowed OUTSIDE the rooms and on the deck. Parking is tight. The View! The Staff! Close to beach and boardwalk! Was quiet!Slept well! FREE Coffee and bagels @8am!

Thanks for compliment. We are an older motel however we are always looking to improve! This year we've replaced all TVs with flat screens. Being across the street from the beach would mean we do get our fair share of sand but we are sweeping it away daily.
