This facility has a very caring staff, a capable administrative team, and is an excellent quality facility. The needs of my sister-in-law were fully met. I would highly recommend this community for any potential resident in need of their services.

The cleanliness is exemplary but whatever deficiency you find is compensated by the staff. I have minor issues with the way the staff is scheduled, but they have little control over that. The staff however is professional, available, always upbeat (happy, accommodating as possible . They all work very hard to make this place as comfortable as possible. The staff at Charter Senior Living of Madison are kind, caring and courteous. The facility is a country-like setting. They have an attentive meal service. The management is approachable. The staff is friendly and helpful. My loved one likes the meals and activities. The housekeeping good. The move in process was good. We do have some problems with phone connection. I would recommend this facility to others.
I would say that my experience had been very good. Cedarhurst is the place I visited that was the best. I would recommend to others.
A Place For Mom was helpful in identifying nearby facilities, which helped us start the process. It gave us direction and confidence in starting the unfamiliar daunting task of finding a place Mom could live safely and happily. We have been so pleased with Cedarhurst from the beginning. This turned out to be perfect place for Mom. A little more nature and countryside instead of city environment. She loves the apartment. She loves the trees, birds, and wildlife she sees out her window. They need to work on the food service a little bit.
