[Name Removed] apartment has always been immaculate whenever I visit, including bathroom. He seems to enjoy most of his meals and he has a couple of gentleman that he enjoys being with. He doesn't engage in a lot of social activities, but at 91 he still drives and is an avid reader. As of today their is nothing negative that I would want to say.

Meeting [name removed]helped us make the decision for [name removed]to secure a place at Washington Senior Living. The Staff at a Place for Mom was so helpful in setting up this appointment. They followed up to make sure we had all of our answers
The staff was excellent. Very caring people that really worked with their tenants. Food was good also I ate there a couple times myself with my sister. Wish she still could live there.

They had a stricter covid policy than other facilities (good thing). Personnel & administrative turnover was high during our time there. Dad passed in January of 2023, so this info is almost 2 years old. It was [removed] while he was there but was sold/transferred to Charter since he has been gone. Not sure what has changed over the past 21 months. The family was happy while he was there.

My experience has probably been better than my aunt’s who lives there. I am her PoA and custodian. I think Charter has been easy to work with and straight forward. Facilities are good compared to similar or more expensive priced communities. For me it really helps that they are 5 min from my house. . My aunt says the food is ok but not great. We picked this community, because it was the best fit for my loved one. The whole atmosphere is excellent.
I toured this facility as an option for my loved one. It was very clean and the food looked great. It was more expensive than some of the others, but seemed like a great facility.
This is probably a very good thing for my loved one being here, and the activities are great. The staff are friendly and overall I think they care for the residents. Everyone other than residents must wear a mask, and I believe this has kept COVID infections down in the community. The community has a main option for meals and then there is an a la carte option for the residents to choose from if needed.
