By the 3rd day Mom (95) with moderate dementia who was extremely frightened and overwhelmed the first day after living in a tiny 2 bed nursing home room for 3 months, was saying, " I feel really comfortable here." My rating for Charter Senior Living is a 1. They are definitely not for the residents, food is getting worse from what I am told and they laid off the good Activity person they had who did a good job of taking residents out in the bus every Monday and Friday and also doing crafts with the residents and kept the Director of Activities that all she does are the decorations, also the only thing Corporate wants is how much more of the residents money they can take in January when they increase their rent.
