Best Apartment in Amarillo My apartment is wonderful here you have a caring staff. you also have plenty of storage. in the two bedroom two bath, you have two walk in closets. storage on the balcony and you have two linen closets one that can be used as a pantry. the grounds are well cared for. and the maintenance crew are very good at what they do. The Master bedroom is large enough to have a king size bed two night...
The chase woods I've lived in these apartments for two years. And honestly with the exception of only one bad neighbor I love living here. When something breaks they fix it immediately and there I always some one in the office except on Sundays but you can still call if you have any problems the price for the part of town and size of the apt aren't bad. They do need more guest parking but that aside I love it....
I have always enjoyed staying here. Never have had any problems.

I am enjoying living here from the awesome pool to my freindly neighbors, I don't know what was going on last year but since I moved in in February I have nothing to complain about. The location is perfect and the staff is freindly and efficient.
Although we only checked out one other complex, Chasewood caught my eye and we took it immediately. Excellent location, great and friendly staff. Apartments are ok as apts go. The one I have is nice and we plan on moving to a 2 bed room place soon. I have seen some bugs, but they spray on a regular basis. For location and price its a good choice. They are down a couple maintenence workers, but...
I am in pharmacy school and this place is SOOO noisy. People go ouy on the balcony and are so loud. Its sounds like the people above are going to fall through at any moment. Work orders take FOREVER!!! A little pricey for the space. Probably would not recommend
Good apartments, weel kept, good pool, maintained, but expect rent to go up every 6 months.
