not too bad of a place. enjoyed the short stay here. even got my deposit back, never had that happen before, especially in amarillo
nothing really major to complain about. nice apartment, decent maintenance, nice office staff. a little pricey, but for the area and the service, to me, it was worth it.
I would recomend this place. The staff is nothing but great. If you have a problem they will usually fix it that day or asap. The grounds are always neat and well kept. The noise level is always low. I wouldn't live in any other apartments in Amarillo. The only neg thing i have to say is that my rent keeps going up. But its worth it.
Management is very nice, actually seems to care about their residents. Maintenance is very prompt. I love living here.
Management staff are always willing to help and chat. Maintenace keeps the apartments VERY clean and grounds are well kept. Low rent for nice apartments. Bad residents are quickly let go.
The front office never has their shit together, they give notices of things the morning of which makes it inconvenient to move all your furniture away from the windows so they can replace them....
I would not recommend this apartment complex if my life depended on it.
Maintainence is awful. Staff is very slow to respond to concerns. I wished I would'nt have live here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! They take FOREVER to get maintenance requests done, if they do them at all. Parking is such a pain because of poorly placed dumpsters, and there is not enough spaces AT ALL. Management STINKS! They do not tell you if you have a package, we had one that sat in the office for a month!!!!
